Water Mitigation Technician

Mitigation Technician – Join a Growing Restoration Team in Pierce/Norfolk, NE

About the Opportunity

We help families and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage — and we’re looking for dependable people who take pride in doing meaningful work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with Water Damage and Fire Restoration projects

  • Respond to emergency calls, including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Perform physical work (must be able to lift 50+ lbs)

  • Drywall, painting, or construction experience is helpful

  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity

  • Operate company equipment safely and follow all quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

  • Dependable and punctual, with a solid work ethic

  • Willing to travel locally as needed

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time position

  • 8-hour shifts, with opportunities for overtime

  • Weekend availability for emergency work

  • Double-time pay for specific emergency hours

  • Overtime pay available
